Each year, the LTHS Band takes a Spring Trip as a reward for a year of very hard work in band, and the students love it. Late each spring, the students choose where the band will go the following spring. On alternating years, the band travels outside of Texas. In 2010, the band traveled to South Padre Island.
It takes a lot of pre-planning to accomplish a trip of this magnitude for a large band group of 170+. Reservations are made early for the hotel and various tickets. All current band members are welcomed on this trip, and the band always travels well-chaperoned.

Spring Trip Deposit— This reserves a spot on the Band Spring Trip. Any parent wishing to chaperone MUST also include a deposit for themselves. Deposits are due at Everything Day and paid separately from the Fair Share charges.
